- How Does It Work
Your booking is collect at box office
You will receive a confirmation email, please print this email and bring it along with some photographic ID and present to the box office staff.
We recommend you arrive a minimum of 30-40 minutes before the show to collect tickets and settle into your seats.
- Suitable For Children
Babies aged 0-6 months are entitled to enter the auditorium for no charge.
However, for this show, all babies and toddlers over the age of 6 months are required to have a paid ticket, even if they are sitting on a parent's/guardian's knee.

- Where Do I Go
The Gordon Craig Theatre is located on the 1st floor of the Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre. The Concert Hall is located on the ground floor. The Arts & Leisure Centre is adjacent to Tesco Superstore, within one minute walk from the Railway Station or Bus Station and only five minutes travelling distance from the A1(M).
